Be the best version of you
I am a professional Counsellor practising in Person Centred therapy.
Warm, friendly and approachable, I understand that making that step to undertake counselling can be daunting which is why I take into consideration every individual's needs.
Person Centred is a non directive, humanistic approach therefore I believe
that you are the expert in your own life.
I will be with you step by step in your journey
to find change and realise your true potential.
I can offer you the safe space that you need to
explore the difficulties that you are facing with
complete trust and without judgement.
